As promised, here is my 30 Day Fitness Challenge update! The challenge was full of HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts and many, many, abdominal workouts. The results were small, but I can tell a difference in my overall health. What these pictures do not show are the inches that were lost. Throughout my fitness journey, I tried to avoid the scale as it can be quite discouraging, but the body still changes. The pictures above are an example of visually seeing minimum results, but I still feel great and my clothes are fitting better. Don’t always rely on the scale for validation because many women hold their weight differently. If YOU feel good and like the way you look, that’s all that matters!
