Infused water is something that is new to me. You can do so much with infused waters. The ingredients to make them are endless. For the people who struggle with drinking water, this is for you. A lot of people feel that water is too boring and that is why they do not drink it. Well, you do not have this problem any longer. MIX IT UP!!! I want to start off with telling you how to make infused water.

First, you want to add your fruits and herbs to your amount of water and let it infuse for 3-4 hours for the best flavor. Then you can let your water infuse overnight.

Water can be infused for 12 hours or longer but you should remove the fruits and herbs. Infused water can then be stored in the refrigerator for as long as 3 days. You can also reuse the fruit after infusing, but the flavor won’t be as great as before.

If you use citrus fruits, the rinds can cause bitterness if you let them infuse too long. In order to avoid this, remove the rinds after 3-4 hours of infusing.

Make sure to wash your produce thoroughly before using these infused water recipes. If you can, use organic produce or synthetic pesticide residue may also be infused into your water. Infused water must be refrigerated for greater life. It will only last about 12 hours at room temperature. Now, for the different waters you can try!
