Don’t have a lot of time, but also need to eat dinner after work? Yea, there are a lot of us out there who work our 9-5’s and do not want to cook when they get home. I want to share some of my favorite crockpot recipes with you all. Most of them are just a few ingredients, which I absolutely LOVE.
This is such a great recipe. It is very similar to Sloppy Joes, but in my opinion these are 10 times better.
Healthy Twist: You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey, regular milk with almond milk and use skim milk cheese.
This is a very filling and satisfying recipe! This feeds A LOT of people or you can just have some delicious leftovers.
Healthy Twist: Use reduced fat and low sodium chicken stock, corn, and cream of chicken soup.

Who said you can’t create crispy chicken in the crockpot? Again, just a few ingredients and you will have your delicious meal.
Healthy Twist: Pair with a plate full of veggies and substitute sour cream with plain Greek Yogurt.
For my Italian lovers, did you ever think you could make lasagna in crockpot? Well here it is and I can assure you, it is AMAZING!
Healthy Twist: Substitute the meat for ground turkey and turkey Italian sausage. Also use Stevia instead of sugar.
