Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honeyDirections
  1. Wisk all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place salmon in one gallon Ziploc bag.
  3. Pour mixture into bag, coating salmon generously.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for an hour.
  5. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes, until flakes.
