My travel list continues to grow on a daily basis because my sense of adventure and discovery is endless! I want every customs agent that I encounter to have to search for an empty spot to place their stamp in my passport. For all an empty passport is, another form of ID, and we all know those pictures aren’t flattering. So I figured I’d use it for its intended reason…TRAVEL!!!

Each year I try to travel somewhere, whether it is a local trip or out of the country. I usually start planning my getaways during the winter for a spring/summer vacation. I’m all about getting my money’s worth, so my friend and I looked into all-inclusive trips, Groupon deals, Living Social, etc. The initial destination was going to be Cancun; personally I didn’t want to go there (I like to take the road less traveled), but I did want to go somewhere in Mexico. So it was off to Cabo San Lucas!  I guess you can say we stumbled upon our chosen destination, but it definitely did not disappoint. Plus our girls’ weekend was highly anticipated and long overdue!

Because there is only so much that can be done in five days and I am not one to idle, I arrived in Cabo equipped with a list of fun things to do. I danced a little Bachata, Merengue and of course Salsa — as you can see my dancing shoes were ready! From parasailing to zip lining to experiencing the local restaurants and nightlife I definitely got my money’s worth!

The pictures here don’t do the city of Cabo justice. If anything, it is just a tease. Cabo is just one of those places you have to experience for yourself, but until then you can enjoy my view!!!
